So our San Diego KW Squad hit the road to the Sin City for a Memorial Weekend softball tournament with other teams who will be participating in the Labor Day games in Boise Idaho. Here are some pic of the team and their amigos on the other teams representing!

PJ Sablan aka Peachess has been down with the KW squad since day one and was a founding member of the original KW Band and featured on the KW mixtape series. A great guy in general with an angelic voice – get ready to see this guy rocking a stage near you or being the doctor you go visit! Talented and bright – he will accomplish many great things! Whatever he wants! Thanks for being down with the WLTH!

While living in San Diego, we would throw parties at this park which was a few minutes away from our home. It was a testament to Junior Seau and what he did for the community. Seau’s Restaurant was closed tonight in observance of his passing. Many fans came out to remember our football Hall of Famer. It’s hard to believe that he is gone and we will not see him at another Island Night at Seau’s buying everyone a round on the house. So here is a toast to a San Diego legend – Rest in Peace.

My heart goes out to the family of Junior Seau,
our beloved #55 of the San Diego Chargers! Seeing
his mother on TV struggling with the news of her
son’s pre mature passing was heart wrenching.
I was fortunate to meet this legend and witness
his compassion and supporting nature. You will
be missed and one of the greatest San Diego
Super Chargers! Rest in Peace our brother!

The Northern Marianas College 30th Annual Charter Day
will be held on Friday, May 4, 2012 at the As Terlaje
campus from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The NMC Charter Day is an annual celebration of the
College’s service to the community as an institution
of higher learning.

REGISTRATION FEE WAIVED FOR CHARTER DAY HILUX TRUCK SHOW!!!

In an effort to encourage more Hilux owners to join the
competition, the event’s planning committee has decided
to waive the $20 fee.

Microl Toyota also announced that it would be donating
iPADS, as well as other prizes, to the winning trucks.

“NMC has had car shows before but this is the first time
we’re hosting a Hilux Truck Show,” said L.J. Castro,
program coordinator for the Office of Student Leadership
and Acitivities. “We’re inviting owners of Saipan’s
hottest low riders to come out and join in the fun.”

Those interested in participating in the Hilux Truck
Show must register before NMC Charter Day on May 4,
2012. Again, the $20 registration fee has been waived.
Showtime is between 5:00 pm and 9:00 pm.

Student Center in Building J. For more information,

The NMC 2012 Charter Day Committee will be giving
out the Best in Show Award to competitors at the
end of the competition. The Committee would also
like to thank the sponsors for this event, Microl

NMC Charter Day is an annual celebration that co-
mmemorates the establishment of the College in 1981.
It is one of the largest celebrations in the CNMI.
This year’s event will take place on May 4, 2012
from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm at NMC As Terlaje campus.
