Trenchers Softball
Salem Oregon is home to the Trenchers softball team and birth place of the CNMI Labor Day Softball Games. A portion of the proceeds go to the Trenchers softball team for their annual Labor Day mecca. This year the tournament returns to Boise Idaho and the defending champs Pac Chain welcomes everybody to the Orange and Blue!

San Diego’s hardest working team ISNMK (Island Swag New Money Klick) which happens to be Samoan Irok’s family Business, continues to go hard even after they ended their tenture on Thump Records were this song, Feeling Good, was first released nationally and in every 7-11 in the Westcoast and South West. An amazing feat for an indie artist who has been through it all and continues to grow from the risks in the game only to emerge like a Phoenix – Hotter than ever! Check out this ClassicJam! I have waited for over a decade to get the oppotunity to see you rock it live and with today’s technology I was also able to experience Coachella via a brilliant YouTube campaign to stream it live. So as I waitied the last day and late performance of hip-hop legend Dr. Dre celebrating 20 years – you appear outta the darkness half way through his set! It was amazing to see you perform alongside OGs like Dre and Snopp. Hip-hop felt whole again and your voice impacted many lives that evening! Thank you for rock’ with us one more time. I hope to see you again. Next time can you please bring Aaliyah, Biggie, Big L, and some others for Summer Jam?

Still feel the impact of his presence tonight as I write this.

20 Years with Fiji
So it appears like the NW has one of the best scenes for some great reggae and island music! Yesterday, Pacific University had their annual luau which is known as one of the best in across the country! Al Conway of the hip-hop super team, 684, was at the luau ready to be a spectator and soaking it all up while getting a chance to. 684 also happens to be all brothers of Samoan descent and the most exciting thing to happen in NW hip-hop! So with a great atmosphere for our easy skankin’ – it is only natural that Fiji rock it here to celebrate his 20 years! KW is also looking forward to the R&B trio, Trey Smoov, who we’ve seen before and know they always give their fans a real show! Hard on the grind, these islanders of Trey Smoov have been putting in the work and continue to win! Welcome to the NW! With FOB, Family Ov Bruthaz, the local hip-hop powerhouse putting it down for Oregon also on this bill, the night is guaranteed to kick off with great talent and pure excitement! Endustry is another front runner in this music scene – hands down – putting on shows of all genres and always showing love to the islands! Mad Respect to them and congrats Big Fiji – the last 20 has been a soundtrack to my life! #Warrior

NWC7: Breaking Ground (MMA)
An event series that is proving to be a force to be reckoned with in the NW, Nic Kuning is building a great MMA scene on this side of Washington. There is only a handful of events in this radius shared with Portland, Oregon, and Mr. Kuning has made a name for himself and his company/gym. This next one is a televised amateur fight card with more punch than Nate Diaz with 13 action packed bouts. NWC7: Breaking Ground is a fundraiser event and it all goes down on April 21st! Doors open at 5:00 pm for this all ages show that you do not want to miss – Hi Mom!

Come out and experience a all ages, family friendly, action-packed, night of great fights at one of the finest establishment in Vancouver, WA. Okay so you think you’ve seen it all when it comes to pizza. Not really. Lola is showing us how to be excited about pizza again! Of course every great dish starts with great ingredients and this pizzeria does just that. The difference I say is the consistency and effort that goes into each pizza that is fired up in their custom wood burning oven. Just like her mother taught her to methodically prepare kimchee, the owner applies technique and quality to everything they do. My only wish is to try a few of their signature pies including Lady Zaza
Isla Sesh
It began as a grassroots movement to share concerns on our islands with our citizens abroad. Our goal was to give them a voice and for us to take more action abroad to help in any way we could. We have spoken with politicians, citizens of the Marianas, musicians and artists that were just starting and others that sold millions of records. We joined forces with Luta Care to donates gifts to those who had hardships. We sponsored local talents and share what our islanders were doing in the NW. We all volunteered our time to make this a great platform. KMMNWLTH stood right behind this panel and worked closely with Atmospheriq Tides resident DJ – Def Pos to deliver a show that did more than entertain.
Currently taking a break to revamp the show and make it even better, Island Session continued to be a part of great events and continues to be active today. Get ready for the return to the little show that could. Get ready for some heated debates and candid reporting as our islands Political Campaigns kick into full swing! Island Session will be there!

Da Udda Band: HGH Tour 2012
I first caught this band live at Hennessey’s in Pacific Beach near San Diego, California because my cousin had met them in Saipan and said they were great people and since they were making a stop in her area she had to go out and support! On top of that, she also still kept in contact with a the members and they picked right back up like it was yesterday. The band was on tour and traveling the nation doing shows along the way!

Jessica San Diego
Move over Carmen San Diego because Jessica is here to claim the crown of American Idol! Jimmy loves her, every superstar that has been on the show has fallen in love with her! She has a voice beyond her years and is not scared to tackle some of the biggest songs on the planet – and handles them with ease! She is definitely blessed with some powerful vocals mixed with the control of a seasoned vet – AMAZING! She manages to be humble and that same girl from Chula Vista, California – a town I have lived by for years and frequented often for shopping, events, school sports, friends, family, and more.
I wish her the best and know that she needs to make these next performances her own and the selection of songs are critical! I think she will rise to the occasion and battle it out to the end as the competition is there and it only take one performance to seize the mount and gain momentum down the home stretch! Go Jessica!
Mary J Loves Her Chicken
So it seems that Mary J Blige not only loves her Prada and Gucci, but she also loves her chicken so much she wrote a song in that classic Mary J Blige fashion! It makes me want to try this fried chicken with three cheeses wrap in a tortilla. Burger King pulled the campaign with concerns over this commercial being racist. Was it meant to stereotype a certain group of people? I love me some fried chicken too! I think Mary thinks its okay – well, at least for 2 million – I’ll like it too! Are we becoming over sensitive? Is this a valid argument? What are we really saying? Do you like chicken?

The message of this event was unification as some of the best Nesian artists came together to rock the crowd for all their supporters! The word was out and spreading like wild-fire on Twitter timelines and Facebook posts. The event was a success and a great addition to this strong Nesian push that has been going on across the country for the last 3 years.
By no means is the track “She Want It” the epitome of this savvy artist slash label owner. Chucc1 is a universal soldier of this neo-music game where you must work harder and learn your business to protect your interest! So you will see these many hats the the artist, Chucc1, wears as he share his world in his music.
Instantly a repeatable track for all the ladies! Watch all the fellas learn the words and recite ‘em during all major spring and summer functions on the horizon! A catchy hook with a sweet melody that will have you humming this tune even after the party is all over! This has radio written all over it – a hit in my opinion!
